Aromatherapy, Essential Oils and Blending Saturday, March 6, 2010 1:00P – 5:00P
Aromatherapy is a natural way to feel better both inside and outside, using pure, safe essential oils from plants to calm, balance, rejuvenate and promote healing of the body, mind and spirit. It is a wonderful blend of science and art.
In this hands-on class, you will learn: why aromatherapy is effective and how it works in your body, where essential oils come from, how to select essential oils and the safety considerations and how to use essential oils for common ailments and household products.
You will have the opportunity to sample different quality essential oils and learn how to blend the oils for increased effectiveness. We will have focused time with Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Geranium, Clary Sage, and Bergamot. You will create and take home your own blend of essential oils ready for use in the carrier of your choice!
$75 plus $15 materials (course booklet and personal therapeutic grade essential oil blend)
